- The schedule of meetings is set by the chair in consultation with the members.
- The committee meets approximately every third week.
- Meeting agendas are set by the chair on the basis of perceived needs or through specific request(s) from ASEC, one of the Assembly standing committees, an Assembly representative, any member of the academic staff, or campus administration.
- A quorum is a majority of the committee members.
- Votes are determined by a majority of those present.
- Parties interested in speaking before the committee shall contact the chair.
