Whereas Senate Bill 452 prescribes a framework for collective bargaining that would likely:
1. fragment UW academic staff into several groups
2. diminish the ability of UW academic staff to articulate shared interests,
Therefore, be it resolved that the UW-Madison Academic Staff Assembly opposes SB452.
