RESOLUTION
In support of a positive campus climate
In so far as the Academic Staff Assembly and the Academic Staff Executive
Committee understand academic staff to be an integral part of this great
university, we affirm our role in promoting an improved campus climate.
We resolve to commit ourselves to supporting and sustaining a climate of respect for all, understanding that what unites is greater than what divides us, in the academic setting and in the workplace.
Creating a positive campus climate for all (students, staff, and faculty) is hard work, but we will make that effort ourselves and will encourage others to do likewise.
