VI. Old Business
A. Layoff notice period - Steffenhagen
Original cost of this proposal was $173K but new data suggests a total cost of only $86K. CEBC then discussed the proposal's merits and how to best present it to ASA.

B. Benefit sign up period extension/recourse for administrative errors - Tusack
CEBC discussed: No recourse for administrative errors, that there is only a 30 day enrollment period for new hires, that new hires are overwhelmed with information and sometimes neglect to act within the 30 days. Karen Tusack will try and gather more information and then the committee will revisit this topic.
