Deadlines

• October 16 to Department chair or equivalent
• October 23 to Dean or Director
• October 30 to Academic Staff Office (270 Bascom Hall)

• Proposal Cover Page (pdf, MS Word version)
• Grant Proposal Form (pdf, MS Word version)
• Detail Budget Worksheet (pdf, MS Word version)
 

You Provide/Acquire

• Documentation about the professional development activity
• Brief resume (2 pages)
• Letter of support from supervisor, chair or equivalent
• Signatures from your chair (or equivalent) and the Dean / Director of your School, College or equivalent unit
• Six collated copies of complete packets
